Journaling Trend and Momentum Calls
A useful journal records the decision, not every tick. Capture structure, momentum state, and invalidation in a fixed template.
Narrating every candle obscures the few calls that matter. Use a fixed template: trend label, pullback grade, momentum state, planned invalidation, and outcome.
Review weekly. Look for repeated early-reversal mistakes before you hunt new setups. Improvement in trend work is usually habit correction, not a secret oscillator.
