Refunds and cancellations

Scope

This policy applies to live online cohorts, live clinics, and private mentorship blocks described on this site. DevToolHub does not sell physical products, shipping packages, or self-serve software subscriptions through this website.

Eligibility window

Full refunds are available when you cancel in writing at least 7 full days before the scheduled start of a cohort or the first clinic session. Mentorship blocks may be cancelled for a full refund at least 5 full days before the first booked session.

Partial refunds

If you cancel between 6 and 3 days before a cohort or clinic start, a partial refund of 50% of fees paid for that program may apply, unless materials unique to your seat have already been prepared and delivered. Cancellations inside 72 hours of start are generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

• Sessions already delivered
• Private mentorship sessions already held
• Custom chart review packets already prepared and sent for a clinic seat
• Administrative fees disclosed in writing at enrollment when applicable

Work already started

Once a cohort has begun and you have received live session access or week-one materials, refunds cover only unused future weeks at our discretion and only when requested before the midpoint of the program.

Deposits

If a deposit was required to hold a clinic or mentorship seat, it becomes non-refundable after the eligibility window unless we cancel the offering.

No-shows and rescheduling

Missed live sessions without at least 24 hours’ notice are treated as delivered. Rescheduling for clinics and mentorship is allowed once per booking when requested at least 48 hours ahead and subject to instructor availability. Additional reschedules may require a rebooking fee disclosed in advance.

Purchased materials

Digital worksheets and annotated chart packs provided as part of training are licensed for personal use. Fees for materials already released are not refundable separately from the program fee structure above.

How to request a refund

Email studio@devtoolhub.digital or call 02-25560745 with your name, program, and payment reference. We confirm receipt within two business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank timelines may add additional days. We do not issue cash refunds at the studio address for remote enrollments.

Our cancellations

If DevToolHub cancels a cohort, clinic, or mentorship block, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or comparable force majeure may be considered for goodwill adjustments outside the windows above. Decisions are made case by case and do not create a standing exception for trading losses or schedule conflicts.
